Follow these tips to create great surveys!
First, set your goal – make sure the purpose of the survey it’s very clear to you.
A survey shouldn’t be too long, otherwise your respondents will get bored or they won’t be willing to answer your survey. It is recommended that a survey contains around 8 question.
The questions should be simple and straightforward, in order to be easily understood by the respondents and the words should be frequently used by your target population.
The questions should be as specific as possible and designed in a familiar language to the respondents.

Begin your survey with a 5 smiley question in order to attract more respondents.
Make sure that your survey contains a NPS (Net Promoter Score) question in order to measure the probability of being recommended by your customers.
